Hello, gamers and story enthusiasts! Today, we're diving into the thrilling universe of a game called "Race of Life." This interactive story follows the journey of a 30-something divorcee named Jake, who is determined to rebuild his life.
Jake, a 30-something divorcee rebuilding his life.
He’s smart, attractive and confident, and he knows it.
You’ll need to guide Jake through a challenging workplace,
dealing with a vicious ex-wife who wants to keep Jake away from his six-year-old daughter,
personal tragedy, navigating the dangerous underground racing scene,
and the various tempting women who want to grease Jake’s dipstick.
Jake is intelligent, good-looking, and confident - traits that will serve him well as he navigates the complexities of life. His story is filled with challenges - his ex-wife isn't thrilled about his new role in his daughter's life, creating hurdles for Jake every step of the way.
"Race of Life" is a game that will keep you on the edge of your seat as you guide Jake through a challenging workplace and navigate the emotional rollercoaster that comes with dealing with an ex-spouse.
So, are you ready to step into Jake's shoes and experience the highs and lows of his life journey? Remember, it's not just a game - it's an immersive story that will keep you hooked until the very end.
From my end, the script ended up being just a touch over 73,000 words, which is just a little longer than episode 1, but we were able to release it in half the time (including the health issues that were mentioned in the last few months).
It’s a smaller episode than episode 2, especially if you’re not taking certain paths, but by splitting the episode into two parts, we were able to finish it sooner. The downside of splitting it up is that not all the girls get the same level of screen time, but I promise it balances out when 3.2 is added in.
